In order to provide you the best services we can offer, we need to make sure that we are all playing by the rules.
Copyrights and Licenses
Illuminated3D (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) cannot and will not print copyrighted works without the express permission of the owner. We kindly request that our customers certify that they hold either the copyright or a print license for any images uploaded for printing.
In simple terms, this means that you can’t just pick a pretty picture off of the internet, or send us a screen capture of your favorite movie scene. Any order submitted with copyrighted material will be cancelled and refunded.
If you think we have cancelled your order in error, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Storage of Your Images
We only store your images and data long enough to print your order. Once orders are completed and shipped, we will delete your files from our servers. If you find that you need to re-order a product, you will have to re-submit your images. This both protects your data as well as keeps our servers free for future client work.
Marketing and Social Media
Often it is necesary for us to use images of our products for marketing purposes. We reserve the right to photograph any of our finished products to catalog our work as well as use for promotion of our business.
We do our best not to post photos of finished products before they are delivered to our customers or third-party recipients. We understand that our products may be being sent as surprise gifts.
If you do not wish for us to use images of custom products you order, please let us know.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products. We do our best to create a high quality product for our customers. If you find quality issues with your product we are happy to work with you on a resolution. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you “just don’t want it anymore,” or if you “accendentally uploaded the wrong image.”
Stock products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. You must contact us to request an RMA. You will be resposible for return shipping. Products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition. Refunds will be issued for the value of the product less the original shipping cost.
If your product arrives damaged we are happy to replace any of the damaged components. We ask that you please document any damage to the shipping container and the product itself.
Leaving a review really helps us out. It lets potential customers know what to expect. For this reason we use a third-party review aggregator “Customer Reviews” (“CusRev” or “CR”). CusRev helps ensure that reviews are honest and legitimate. This also helps us because the system can prove that reviews are left by verified owners.
There are two ways to leave a review:
- Head over to the page of the product you have purchased and click on the reviews tab. You can enter a review and upload photos.
- Opt-in to our review reminder emails. This will trigger an automatic email reminder about a week after your order ships.
We will never SPAM your email inbox asking for reviews. You will have the option to opt-in to have a review invitation/reminder emailed to you after your order is completed. We sincerely hope that you will opt-in and leave us a review.
We do our best to fill your order as quickly as possible. Many of our products require days of printing time plus setup time. Normally it can take up to two weeks for an order to be processed, setup, printed and assembled. Orders are processed and printed in the order they are received. If you are on a tight schedule, please contact us before you place your order so that we can determine if it is possible to meet your timeline.
Limits of Liability
In no case shall Illuminated3D, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or injury to body whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of our product(s), or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the product(s), including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the product, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, the customer agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change, update, or ammend these terms and conditions at any time.

We are located in Mt. Gretna, PA. If you are doing local pickup, we will send you an address.
